Welcome to The Louanne Lifestyle Stack's First Post
It's hard to think what to write on a brand new blog so I thought I would start by just letting you know what to expect here on The Louanne Lifestyle Stack.
First up my name is Louanne and I will be posting once a week on this blog focusing on things like:

Why will I be talking about these things, let me tell you a little bit about me.
Managing Two Jobs, Two Businesses & Still Smiling!
This is my reality at the moment and I love it. I love to share how I keep my energy levels up in order to keep doing all this while staying sane and, of course, smiling. I try to smile often and laugh every day which I recommend as a tonic for anything!
Obviously, I'm going to let you know what works for me whether it's how to ensure you get a good nights sleep or what supplements keep your energy from flagging.
20 Years + Unmedicated - A Rheumatoid Arthritis Warrior
Yup, that also describes me! I am so grateful that I was able to get off my medication within a year of being on it and have been able to stay medication-free for 2 decades. One of the biggest reasons I have been able to do this is by working out how foods affect me and listening to my body.

Losing Weight, Yes We're Talking About This!
I lost a lot of weight in 2018 and although I kept it off for a while it started sneaking back on during Covid and I haven't done anything about it - until now. My goal is to lose 25 kg before 1st November 2026 and I will share information on how I'm doing on here.
The key for me will be personal development because it was when I stopped doing this that I fe1l back into bad habits of emotional eating so working on my mind is just as important as what I eat.
Supplements & Practical Advice
Whether we're talking energy levels, fat loss, or anti-inflammatory I'll be sharing both supplements that helped/are helping and practical advice that helped me.
